1. Who We Are
HAREDEV LTD (Company No. 11290798), registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the ReadyShip service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information from AWS Marketplace
When you subscribe via AWS Marketplace, we receive: contact information (name, email address, company name); billing information (subscription status and plan tier — AWS handles actual payment processing); and AWS Account ID (used only for initial deployment). We do NOT receive credit card numbers, bank details, or other payment credentials.
2.2 Deployment Metadata
During initial setup, we may collect deployment timestamps and status, AWS region selected, CloudFormation stack outputs (e.g. URLs, resource IDs), and errors or failures during the deployment process. Purpose: troubleshooting and improving deployment reliability.
2.3 Support Communications
If you contact support: email correspondence, technical details you voluntarily provide, and screenshots or logs you share.
2.4 Website Analytics
On readyship.dev, we collect page views, referral sources, browser and device type, geographic location (country/region level), and IP addresses (anonymised after 30 days).
3. Information We Do NOT Collect
After deployment completes, we have zero access to:
- Your application data — user data, content, files stored in your app
- Your database — RDS PostgreSQL contents, queries, schemas
- Your code — repositories, commits, code generated by AI agents
- Your logs — CloudWatch logs, application errors, user activity
- Your users — end-user information, behaviour, personal data
- Your AWS credentials — IAM keys, passwords, access tokens
Everything runs in your AWS account. We are not in the data path.
4. How We Use Your Information
4.1 Primary Uses
- Deployment: Provision infrastructure in your AWS account
- Billing: Process subscriptions via AWS Marketplace
- Support: Respond to technical issues and questions
- Communication: Send service updates, security alerts, feature announcements
4.2 Product Improvement
We analyse deployment success rates, identify common setup errors, and prioritise feature development using aggregated, anonymised statistics. We do not track individual customer behaviour post-deployment.
4.3 Legal Compliance
We may process data to comply with subpoenas or court orders, enforce our Terms of Service, prevent fraud or abuse, and protect our legal rights.
5. How We Share Your Information
5.1 Service Providers
We share data with AWS Marketplace (billing and subscription management), email service providers (customer communications), analytics tools (website traffic), and support tools. All providers are bound by contracts to protect your data.
5.2 Business Transfers
If ReadyShip is acquired or merges, your information may transfer to the new entity. We'll notify you before any change in privacy practices.
5.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
5.4 We Do NOT Sell Your Data
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
6. Data Security
We use encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS), access controls and authentication, regular security audits, and employee training on data privacy. Your AWS account security is your responsibility — use strong IAM policies, enable MFA, and follow AWS security best practices. We are not liable for breaches in your AWS environment.
7. Data Retention
While you're subscribed: contact info is retained for billing and support; deployment metadata for up to 1 year; support tickets for 3 years. After cancellation: we delete unnecessary personal data within 90 days; AWS Marketplace retains billing history per their policy; aggregated anonymised analytics may be retained indefinitely. We may retain data longer if required by law or ongoing disputes.
8. Your Data Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, rectify inaccurate data, erase your data (subject to legal/billing obligations), restrict or object to processing, data portability, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@readyship.dev. We'll respond within 30 days. Note: we cannot delete data in your AWS account — you must do that by deleting resources.
9. International Data Transfers
ReadyShip operates in the United Kingdom. Data may be transferred to the US or other regions where AWS and Anthropic infrastructure operates. Such transfers are made under standard contractual clauses approved by the UK ICO. AWS infrastructure stays in your selected AWS region.
10. Children's Privacy
ReadyShip is not intended for users under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If we discover we have, we'll delete it immediately.
11. Cookies and Tracking
readyship.dev uses essential cookies (required for site functionality) and analytics cookies (anonymised). No tracking or advertising cookies are set without consent. We do NOT inject tracking, analytics, or telemetry into your deployed applications — any tracking in your app is your responsibility.
12. AI and Data Processing
ReadyShip deploys AI agents powered by Paperclip (orchestration platform) and AWS Bedrock (Claude Sonnet via your AWS account). AI runs in YOUR AWS account, billed to YOU. AI-generated code belongs to YOU. AWS Bedrock terms govern AI data handling. We do NOT train models on your data or use your code, data, or usage patterns to improve machine learning systems.
